Airmech began in 1980 when Roy converted the space under his stairs into an office with just a phone and a notepad. What started as a humble operation quickly grew, thanks to hard work, honesty, and a clear commitment to customer service. From typing quotes on her lunch break, Charlotte's mum Karen eventually joined full-time and helped build the business alongside Roy.
